The Live Nativity in Provo is stirring.  Authentically staged and ornately costumed, the ambience and actors are remarkably realistic.  Being in the crowds and rich, incense-filled air made it effortless to recreate that momentous night, that, as I imagine it, must have been uncomfortable and frightening for a very pregnant young mother-to-be.

It was the perfect reminder of the true meaning of the season.
