It began with a spot of land upon the mountainside…
Then came a hole and later, dirt, gravel, cement.
Now, we have lumber—vertical lumber! Walls!The skeleton of a house that will, someday, have real walls and a roof, carpet and flooring, window panes and doors! Imagine the possibilities!
For now, we’ll be satisfied to watch my 10-year old, amateur floor plan turn into a bonafide dwelling, and a beautiful one at that!
