School ended…
and minutes later, summer officially began…
(and yes…I was in that tent. I make exceptions for the first night of summer. Especially when it’s in my backyard. On puffy grass. On a mattress with clean, Downy-fresh blankets. And all the comforts of home a few steps away.) :)
Our book is currently in New York City, hanging out with editors from the following publishing houses whilst Nicole and I wait as patiently as is humanly possible. Some days that’s a great deal and others…patience dwindles quickly. But we hope our book is having a nice vacation and finds great new digs. :)
