But there's another Matt now resting snugly in my "Strong Preferences" category.
Welcome, newest addition, Matt Giraud! I am informing the Universe here and now that Matt Giraud is my #1 pick for American Idol Season 8.
Disagree if you must, but just know if you are an Adam Lambert fan, I will taunt and harass you the remainder of your days.
(Males who demonstrate confusion as to whether they are, in fact, male by A) hitting higher notes than a woman is capable and B) wearing more makeup and nail polish than the average woman, never reside in my Strong Preferences category. I'm very much into the masculine type. (Christopher takes great pride in this fact. :)
And, just for the record, I will never have an American Idol #1 pick who is female. Call it a quirk, an irregularity, a flaw in personality and taste, but I simply prefer male voices (masculine male voices, take note) over female.
Based solely on who I would listen to with great enthusiasm rather than pressing "Seek" on the car radio and whose music I would spend money to download, here is my #2 and #3 pick:

I have to admit...
I have watched this season of American Idol. Ya... its like the BILLIONTH SEASON (ok, not the truth, but it seems that way doesn't it!!) I am a tad addicted this time for some reason. :) It is the first time I've watched it since the first season came out (well, besides watching the funny try outs they put at the beginging of all of the American Idols ha!)
Anyway, I think it is going to come down to the "sad stories" to get to the very end this year.. I do enjoy Danny's voice though so I don't mind :) Thats just my opinion though :) haha!

Sadly (and really VERY sadly) we have no TV and I haven't even taken the time to see if I can watch on the web. If, however, the flawless taste you have in Matt Damon (Ow-ow!) holds true to musical talent, I'd vote for him.
Well my dear - on one point you are 100% correct. Matt Damon is a super hottie. However I think that maybe your priorities are a little off, we all know (Raquel, Matt and I) that Danny is by far the more talented artist. So while I think Matt G is great, chances of me voting for him over Danny - slim. Love you loads, lets chat sometime soon.
O.k. So I totally love Megan, the weird thing is that her voice isn't that great but I love how differant it is. Totally weird. K I just have to throw out their that I am so jelious that you are going to England you don't need to take Chris you should take me, you so wouldn't regret it! Ha Ha Cute Blog you are amazing!~
